Client: Welcome Break

Each year Welcome Break’s Senior Team would hold a conference with all site and unit managers to reflect on the company’s previous year’s performance and set out the company’s vision, aims and key selling focuses for the coming year. The People Team wanted to create a communication and training pack to distill the conference information down to team members at each site while being adaptle for use during the induction of new team members in the coming year.

My Role

Working with the People Team I designed the ‘Meeting in a Box’ suitcase using the styling I had created for the conference. The pack included a guide for site and unit managers on how to structure the feedback meetings along with tasks and games for the training elements within the box.
