My role
I created the Pudsey Fundraising Box which was sent to all of Welcome Break’s 26 sites. This toolkit had all the key BBC Children in Need information sites needed to raise money as well as suggestions for fundraising activities. Each quarter, a pack was sent out with ideas for the coming months, helping them to engage site teams as well as customers.
Pudsey Fundraising Box. This was sent to each site's fundraising ambassador's at the beginning of the year which allowed them to store their resources sent to them throughout the year.
A fundraising pack was sent out to sites each quarter. This contained a fundraising calendar with key dates on, newsletter, fundraising activity ideas, colouring in sheets and information sheets.
Pudsey Bingo boards for sites. The BBC Children in Need appeal month had it's own special Bingo Board.
Fundraising activity sheet: this had suggestions as well as space for site fundraising teams to create their own ideas. Pudsey colouring in sheets: were given out on site for children to use
