My Role
To keep the images authentic we used Welcome Break team members and we wanted to show them engaged in the task at hand, enjoying what they are doing which would allow the viewer to connect to the scene.
The images were to be compelling but have a natural and relaxed feel, reflecting the Welcome Break environment and the person’s connection to it. Be that as a team member serving a customer at one of their units or a customer enjoying a great coffee in the food court.
I reviewed the existing photography and compiled a list of what was required to reflect Welcome Break’s core values. I worked with the Marketing team to plan where we would hold the photoshoots, shoot list as well as help run the shoots while making sure we adhered to each units health and safety guidelines.
