My Role
After a discussion with the team, I suggested a A5 desk aid, similar to a desktop calender, which could easily be flipped through to the relevant section; it also wouldn’t take up too much space on a desk and could be folded away into a draw or bag at the end of a shift. It was key that the pages were wipeable so the call handler could tick off the sections that they had been answered.
The challenge when designing the pages was to make it clear and easy to follow while concisely giving all the information that was needed. A wipe board pen was also provided and I managed the design, artwork and print delivery of the desk aids to 4 different site locations.
