First Annual Scarecrow Festival at Linmere. Linmere is a new village being built just off junction 11a of the M1. The ethos of the Master Planner, Lands Improvement, is to create a space that is for happy healthy living, full of green spaces, bike, cycle, running tracks parks and lakes. As part of this ethos, Linmere wanted to hold a Scarecrow Festival which would run annually. This is to engage with the growing community of the site. The look and feel of the collateral was to be premium and with a natural feel in line with the Farmstead branding which is the local community hub of the area.
